Welcome to London Soft Tissue Therapy. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

  1. Scope of Services: London Soft Tissue Therapy provides soft tissue therapy services for individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal pain, and related conditions. Our services include but are not limited to massage therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling IASTM and other soft tissue mobilisation techniques.
  2. Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person.
  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, current health condition, and any relevant concerns or conditions. A non exhaustive list of contraindications can be found here. Clients must follow any instructions provided by the therapist before, during, and after the therapy session. Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any discomfort, pain, or changes in their condition during the therapy session. It is not uncommon to experience discomfort of various levels during a treatment. These will be monitored by your therapist.
  4. Therapist Responsibilities: Our therapists are trained professionals with expertise in soft tissue therapy techniques. Therapists will conduct an initial assessment to understand the client’s needs and customize the therapy session accordingly. Therapists will maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards throughout the therapy session. It is not uncommon to experience discomfort of various levels during a treatment. These will be monitored by your therapist.   5. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our clients and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Client information, including personal and medical records, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
  6. Payment and Fees: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
    We accept BACS, credit/debit cards, or cash. Cards with your consent can be stored on our system. Fees for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
  7. Liability: While we strive to provide safe and effective therapy services, clients acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with soft tissue therapy. London Soft Tissue Therapy and its therapists shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services.
  8. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during sessions. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour towards our therapists will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
  9. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of two (2) days’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than two (2) days’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged to the credit card on file. Late cancellations are subject to immediate charging of the full amount to the card saved on file.
  10. Notification of Cancellation: Clients must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least two (2) days prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
  11. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the two (2) day window are considered late cancellations
  12. Charging Procedure: The full amount for late cancellations will be charged to the credit card on file immediately following the scheduled appointment time.
  13. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion.
  14. Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments in advance to avoid late cancellation charges. Efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
  15. Refunds: Refunds for late cancellations or no-show appointments will not be issued.
  16. Policy Acceptance: By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  18. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
